Very Good post for moms, also find
chocolate covered strawberries
Mmm. Sounds comfy - in the best sort of way!
i have been on such an egg kick since i saw your march 30th post. i suspect it's going to last a bit longer now... i think i'll do my egg over roasted cauliflower, potatoes, red bells, red onion and baby brussel sprouts. yes, that sounds nice.
Amen. I have riffs on this all the time!
Cheers,
*Heather*
I usually do a fried egg, but the poached sounds extra good!
That actually sounds delish, I've never thought of that before! Poached eggs rock!
Perfect!
It's funny how poached eggs have become the trendy food thing, but I love them! I recently did one on top of stirfry leftovers (tofu, veggies & rice). It was so amazingly good - kind of like a looser fried rice.
Oh yes, I do this all the time! Ever since I learned to poach eggs I will put them on almost anything!
I had a cheese sandwich for lunch today. It was rubbish, and now I feel both inadequate and jealous.
those are some good looking leftovers!
I feel quite strongly that there are few things in life that are not improved with a poached egg.
You know, I have never been a fan of the pouched egg. Rather, I have never had one prepared where I actually thought, "Man that was awesome"
But this...this looks tasty!
Love this blog.

mmmm i need to make this right now!
yum ... i have heaps of eggs in the fridge and I'm starving ... I'm off to poach an egg
WTG! I had some beans and rice from a cinco de mayo fest left over, I chopped a bit of bacon, cooked some chopped onions in the bacon then tossed in the beans and rice. Cooked that up ,then threw on two over easy eggs ate that up for a hearty breakfast before cleaning out some gutters at my parents house.
I love your photos and the food looks delicious. I am looking for co-conspirators as I am getting deep into cheese making and bread baking. Find me at www.cheesenbread.wordpress.com
This looks delicious. I love when everything gets coated with the runny yolk of a pached egg.
I just recently discovered the awesomeness of poached eggs... that lunch looks delicious!
Oh man, that looks so crazy yummy. I'm sick at home with the flu and awaiting a friendly saviour to bring me some food - wishing it was your leftovers!!

:D its specially for me, coz when i go out to office in a hurry and need some thing to eat.
I tried to make a poached egg like this: I cracked the egg in boiling water. The rolling boil pulvarized my egg whites. It was a massacre. How do I get the egg to achieve solidarity with itself?
lindsay: try googling "how to poach an egg"
